General Privacy Policy

The Contarix GmbH as operator of the online offer of future_bizz and manager of the network works according to the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / GSGVO).

Personal data are only collected in the course of ordering and processing services (e.g. membership in the network or participation in events), to register for our newsletter, to process inquiries, or in case of comments on articles on our website.

We store personal data as long as there is a business relationship, or statutory retention requirements exist. Personal data will not be provided in any form to third parties without your consent. Your user data for the newsletter will be deleted after you have logged out.

You have the right to obtain information about any personal information that is stored by us and to correct it if you believe that it is outdated or incorrect. Likewise, you may revoke your consent to the use of your personal information at any time. To do this, send us a request via e-mail to the contact address stated in the imprint.

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect the data of our customers, business partners, or prospects from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. These measures will be continuously updated according to current technological developments.

Links to other websites

This website contains links to other websites. This privacy policy only applies to this website. If you go to another website from this one, read the privacy policy on that website to find out what it does with your information.

Extended privacy policy for our online offer

In principle, all statements in the General Privacy Policy also apply to the online offer. Additional explanations for the online offer are given in the following text.

By using our website you consent to the collection, processing, and use of data as described below. Basically, our website can be visited without registration. In this case, data such as pages called, or name of the retrieved file, date, and time are stored for statistical purposes exclusively in anonymized form on the server, without this data being directly related to your person.

The data are stored in our company or in our provider’s system (see the description of the providers). Personal data will not be provided in any form to third parties without your consent. As far as data is passed on to external service providers, we use technical and organizational measures to ensure that the regulations of data protection are observed.

Privacy Statement 1&1

The logs for the current day are updated in near real time. Due to the large amount of data, log data is stored for maximum 9 weeks.

Page views via proxy server

A proxy server acts as a kind stand-in, requesting pages and forwarding them to the user. As a result, the IP address of the proxy is in the logfile – and not the address of the workstation originally requesting the page.

In order to be able to track the origin of a website request and access via proxy server, some proxies send a header field named X-Forwarded-For, which contains the original IP. This X-Forwarded-For- Header will be appended by 1&1 WebHosting to the end of each entry in the logfile.

When using the 1&1 SSL Proxy, as well as proxy calls that provide the appropriate information, the IP address of the originally requesting machine is in the last column of each log line.

This improves the ability to create meaningful visitor statistics.

Please note:

Due to privacy and data protection regulations, IP addresses of callers that are stored in log files will be anonymized after 7 days, replacing it by an ‘x’. For more information see the privacy and data protection agreement of 1und1 at https://hosting.1und1.de/terms-gtc/terms-privacy/.

Privacy policy for cookies

Our website uses cookies, in particular, to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of the pages, to analyze page usage behaviors, but also to make our offer more customer-friendly. Cookies are small text files that make it possible to store user-specific information on the user’s device.

Cookies are stored at the end of a browser session and can be recalled when the page is visited again. If you do not want this, you should set your Internet browser to refuse to accept cookies.

Privacy Policy for Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To disable Google Analytics, Google provides a browser plug-in at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Google Analytics uses cookies. These allow an analysis of the use of our website offer by Google. The information about the use of our pages (including your IP address) collected by the cookie is usually transmitted to a Google server in the US and stored there.

We point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp ();” in order to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP-Masking). If the anonymization is active, Google truncates IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, and therefore no identification of your identity is possible. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.

Google complies with the privacy policy of the Privacy Shield Agreement, and is registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce Privacy Shield Program, and uses the information we collect to evaluate the use of our websites, to report on them, and provide us with other related services. Learn more at http://www.google.com/intl/en/analytics/privacyoverview.html.
